I have hard time with the perspective I am looking for in this pose, especially because I want it to still have quite anime style.

Hello! I'm pretty new here and a new artist on the internet. I think it looks really good! In my opinion you should just erase the lines that aren't needed so it doesn't look messy and polish it.
I also like the idea of putting your hand inside your stomach and then your hand came out of your mouth. Keep it up!

Maybe what i would suggest would be to have the proportions a little bit more blocked out on the grid so you can kinda see it on the right volume per distance
