after i drew my first square, i do the vanishing lines to make them intersect with horizontal lines of the second square (as to create the lateral side of a cube) but the top v.l touch a point different from the bottom v.l so the "corner" of my cubes won't match

#

? , my bottom and top lines of my starting square are parallel to the horizon line, so shouldn't corners be automatically aligned too?

For now im like trying from the very basics so i'm not thinking of drawing vanishing line and points in actual drawing, but more like i was experimenting with those, the perfect square method you mentioned seems interesting i will try that out but i wasn't trying to make perfect squares, more like put some boxes into perspective, as today ill try 2 and 3 vanishing points, i made a bigger box so maybe the problem is more evident, if its still too hard to understand its ok ill just try to search up the matter elsewhere don't worry

oh i see, so its just natural that they are off i guess

#

hopefully its better with 2 and 3 vp

#

oh ye, i can see that

thanks
