Hello! I always have problem with how my art looks after adding color or lineart, for example I'm drawing and my sketch looks very good but then I add a lineart and it doesn't look so good anymore.

For example here my sketch is very good but I can't match a lineart to it or the shading.

textured brushes and line weight. pen size gets thicker around shadows and thinner where the light hits.

what chavo said. your also losing the charm of the sketch if you go too slow/too fast. the sketch finds the perfect line within the mess and if you lose the perfect line during lienwork itll salso look off

but whats stopping you from cleaning up your sektch to make it the linework?
