Hi! So the face seems to be asymmetrical and slightly leaning, the arms need some works as well. But for a start it isn’t bad ^^ you have proportions of the rest of the body done quite well

Draw proper hands, use a reference, draw the basic shapes of a human face first (circles ovals etc), add more shading on the neck and body
Other than that this is still much better than what I can draw <3
