So you are relying a lot on outlines. Try to not do outlines but make the edges of the shapes identifiable of where they begin and end

It still looks outlined. At this point theres not anything you can do now cause its all really dark and shaded in. For your next drawing try and not to darken the edges so much. Focus on the values and shadows of the different shapes rather than essentially doing lineart of the reference
