I guess you feel like your art style and art art rather more calculative and less free? Maybe even restrictive?
That’s what I feel a lot too, and what can happen when you’re a beginner but as a more mature artist lacking the childlike qualities and freeing imagination when you’re more of a methodical artist.
What I do to combat that is that I watch tons of artists and the mentally of their art kinda rubs off on you, or maybe study really free art styles and use a more generally fast and swishy technique to drawing?
#any help please

Liek sometimes I see people when they are beginners have very stiff way of drawing, or maybe it’s not that because learning in a school environment I heard kinda kills your artistic talent to make it lively
I recommend really really drowning yourself in art, like I got better once I started following many artists on insta or TikTok, scrolling a lot on Pinterest and surrounding myself with lively creation and art.
It helps rub off creativity and for me makes me wanna actually draw and put my whole soul into it
(I hope this helps maybe I lost track of what your struggling with but I think I got it)
