Hey , so the first thing you need to do is to calm down , nothings going to happen if you fall back or if you aren't improving take some time for yourself and do things that make u happier , take things easily it's not life or death.

And now for artblock advice
If you aren't feeling inspired and you aren't having fun practicing and practicing. Try drawing random things instead , your creativity depends on what you have collected info then applied it , so example I saw a brainless donkey going arround eating apples then walking them. Did that make sense not at all but was it creative hell yeah, creativity is when you get info so get alot of it then use it on drawing whatever you want .

I’m no expert but it seems like you are suffering from burnout?

I think giving yourself a break will help with letting ideas flow. Maybe a walk outside could help for instance, let your mind be refreshed

I think you need to take a break and come back when you want to do art again, what was the reason you started art? Maybe remembering that will help you, if art isn't fun and isn't a goodtime then what makes you wanna continue it , find out the reasons for those and remember those moments

It's good that you still remember your reasoning, if your feelings like shit because you don't like anything except of drawing get a new hobby. Do something new and fun, there are many things you can do whether it's easy or hard try new new stuff

You use your reasons when you want to do art again or miss art again. Don't worry about stuff like what if I lose my skill because art isn't something to be compared about it's not whether your good or bad or amazing or terrible it's about doing something that expresses you and yourself, it shows a side of you
