Hello, I would like to know if there is any problem with adding some Easter eggs to the drawing? Such as references to famous characters or something like that.

The artwork should be Christmas holiday related, but if it's just a few references* it shouldn't be an issue!

are watermarks heavily discouraged/not allowed? since it’s supposed to be a puzzle and having the artists’ watermark there would be quite awkward
also, is it necessary to add a title and a description of our piece? even if it’s not necessary, is it recommended?

It is not necessary at all to add a description, if you really want to you can make it something brief!
Also we would recommend that if you do put a watermark to put it as a signature or to make it a part of the puzzle, that would work too!
