UPDATE: With the release of Hotfix 4.1.0.4, the Piercing Sidearm Artifact Mod has been re-enabled for all players.

If players have issues unlocking the Triumph for owning all 25 Mods, they may have to reset the Artifact and obtain the Mods again.
