#Cloudflare support access issue + domain activation stuck

Account owner can't access support portal - getting error "portal account owner must have a role: []"

Also having issues activating a domain:

  • Domain stuck in "pending" status for days
  • Nameservers are correctly configured
  • DNSSEC is disabled at registrar
  • Zone has been re-added multiple times

Anyone from Cloudflare team can DM me for account details.
