Not expecting miracles here, but thought I’d sanity check while waiting on Cloudflare support.
TL;DR:
Recently transferred a domain to Cloudflare everything was working fine. As of yesterday, the domain has been suspended (ICANN contact verification).
Current situation:
Registrant email was updated to an address on the same domain
Domain is now suspended, so that email can’t receive mail
Cloudflare account itself also isn’t fully verified
Unable to re-initiate or complete verification from the dashboard
So I’m effectively stuck in a loop where:
Verification is required to unsuspend the domain
But the email needed for verification is on the suspended domain
Has anyone run into this before?
Is the only path forward Cloudflare manually resending verification or overriding it?
have messaged traced the entire domain and no such email ever came through.
