#Paid cloudflare invoice but cloudflare failed to upgrade my subscription and its been 5 days.

Hi All,

I paid cloudlfare USD 240 for pro plan, and the payment went through my bank 5 days ago, but wasn't recorded in cloudflare. CF thus failed to upgrade my subscription. They dont support free accounts and even though I should have been on paid account I am not and thus denied service/support. WDYT I should do at this point?

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, there have been recurring cases of extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.

To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support. There is a backlog of tickets so it might take a while to get a response.

Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.

@leaden cargo Thanks for responding. I ahve created cases twice, but no response on the case. I am clueless on what can be done. Perhaps since my subscription hasn't been upgraded and it is thus on free account, the case is taking lowest priority and not sure if it ever will be answered or not

It will be answered. Please avoid creating duplicate tickets as that would put you back in the queue and further delay response from Support.

Today, I renewed my WAF plan and the payment was successfully charged, but it is still showing as the free plan.
