I am facing similar issue with R2. Any update on your case ?
Just tried again and still not working.
I did notice when I go back to edit my payment info it gives me a warning like this.
If I goto billings tab it is saying unpaid invoice. But the value is showing as 0
Can you check yours as well
I don't have any invoices.
It seems many are facing issues and cloudflare support is too slow. I have not got any update on the ticket for past 36 hours
Please let me know if you got any updates from CloudFlare

Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, **Billing **or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

I think it was just a cloudflare issue for a couple days. It is now working for me.
Has the problem been resolved? I have the same problem.
