Hi All, we could not able to access our bucket. It suddenly showing “Your subscription to R2 was previously removed. Subscribe again” but could not able to do so.

Hi Tanmay, it is multiple issues

  1. Account could not upgrade
  2. r2 could not enable
  3. showing pending invoice but the value is 0

should I close two of them and handle all the issue in one ticket ?

It seems the issue is not associated with that. Please keep me posted as the last reply from the support team was from 5th April. We are migrating most of our service to CF, so R2 is important for us.

also note that we are having 6TB data on it and it got removed suddenly

Hi Tanmay, still the issue is not resolved. Please let us know some ETA. We can upgrade to business plan if needed as it is severely affecting our work.

Workaround: Could you please go to your billing section and manually update card information. Then try for the R2 signup. Let me know if that works. Thanks!

Hey @indigo dome Please click the submit payment button and see what happens? Most likely, you will have to purchase the R2 sub once again due to your sub cancelled. Let me know if that works.

when I add my new card, I can see it is getting passed CF verification for auth check

It is more than 3 days no upate on this, please help in resolving this asap as we have all our data in R2 and it took 4 days to get migrated and no we have lost access to it. Hope all data will be safe.
