I'm reaching out from Japan.
your infrastructure is genuinely respected in the Japanese tech community. That's exactly why I chose R2 for my global SaaS platform.

I've been trying to enable R2 on my account for the past few days and I'm stuck in an infinite loop β€” every time I click "Add R2 subscription to my account," the page just reloads and brings me right back to the same screen.

I've already tried:
βœ… Multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome Incognito)
βœ… Credit card registration (charged twice as a temporary hold)
βœ… PayPal as an alternative payment method
βœ… Wrangler CLI (returns error code 10042 β€” R2 not enabled)

All payment methods appear to be accepted, but the subscription simply never activates. There's no error message β€” just a silent loop.

I'm building a global SaaS platform and specifically chose Cloudflare R2 for its zero-egress pricing β€” it's the right tool for what I'm building at scale. I'd really appreciate any help getting this resolved. πŸ™

It does feel like the same underlying issue. I went ahead and submitted a support case (#02057242) through the Cloudflare dashboard, so hopefully they can manually enable R2 on my account.

I am not on free tier, as I have already stored more than 6TB of data and lots of Class A and B transaction. Since the usage are high they are blocking it I believe. They will be restoring it once the invoice is paid, but there is glitch in system as it is not showing those pending invoice. They are too slow. I have not got reply yet.
