When I triped to deploy with wrangler deploy I get the following message:
A qreuest to the Cloudflare API (/accounts/../queues/../consumers/..) failed.
An unknown error has ocurred: If this error persiste, please file a report in workers-sdk.

we've matched this with a known issue & are working on a fix, but have rolled out improvements so that you should only be seeing this intermittently/with much lower frequency. are you still seeing the error consistently?
