If you have received no email from them, send one to [email protected]. You will receive a automatic reply back, reply to that with a detailed summary of the issue, what account it's affecting, etc.
Yes, I responded, but they gave me a link to report abuse. Unfortunately, when I clicked on that link, a different page appeared, and I couldn't find a section related to my issue.
The reply to the email I sent;
