I have already changed the nameserver still nothing happens. I have enterprise plan

The nameservers don't show Cloudflare
The .cx registry is returning a different set of nameservers from their zone than appearing via RDAP. Check with your registrar.

I had this domain on different cf account.
The problem is domain registration information (via RDAP, many registries deprecating WHOIS) shows achiel and nia set. But the .cx zone is returning jocelyn and gordon (see link), they are out of sync. Ask your registrar to fix it.

Due to the TTL of DNS records and the NS records, you may still be resolving DNS from the previous nameservers for some users. This will fade over 24 hours.
On a side note, love your tool. I just added it into my Chrome Search Engine for quick usage.
What should the page show from the DNS you've set in the account (and what did it show in the old)? Easier to check which I'm seeing.
Ah, you may be waiting on the Universal SSL certificate to issue. Site loads briefy under HTTP but then errors (as trying HTTPS). HTTPS doesn't load yet.
SSL cert should be in place within an hour.
