The only thing I notice is that your website links to your Github, which displays your email address.
It's possible some crawler found it that way.
also possible this is purely coincidental
It could be that they scan my website and connect the dots from there (the crawlers?) because I always had it on my GitHub and never had even a single spam email but now I’m getting all those SEO and build your website or build your mobile app from Indians…..
Your CV blurring is also completely ineffective
the /cv.pdf is linked directly from the page and has all the info to scrape...
so I'm gonna assume that's the actual issue
- take a picture of your CV
- blur it
- make the URL for the cv be
/cv-PASSWORD.pdf - show the blurred image in the background
- once the hash matches, try loading the CV, if the password is really correct, the CV will load
