This is a post in the hopes that it will get visibility for Cloudflare higher-ups. Too many support requests on Replicate's side were ignored or replied late since the merger. The usually accepted response window for a service provider like Replicate is within 7 days (or 5 business days). You have delayed responses to requests, no regular important models update. The most important thing is frequent communication about the merger, but Cloudflare's decision prompted Replicate to go silent instead. You've disappointed many customers. Even the support channel on Replicate's Discord is full of fake employees now:

Some customers and community member is complaining:

I don't understand what you guys are thinking but there is money on the table here. Don't be silent as if it has never happened.

Some in #announcements are. At least this would get their reach.

Ben from Replicate here. I'm sorry about this. It's been a very busy few weeks while we integrate and onboard, which has caused some support tickets to get stuck in the queue, but I can assure you this is just a temporary thing and it's going to get much better over time with the backing of Cloudflare. We're already working on hiring some more support people that we wouldn't have had otherwise.
