Can not update Images plan / Legacy subscription

Hi guys, I'm stuck with the problem: can not use Images Transformations on a paid Images plan, hitting the 9422 error (“ERROR 9422: Free unique transformations by account has been exhausted”).

Tried updating the Images plan from the dashboard, to no avail - after “Updated Images subscription successfully” message the transformations are still not usable. Looks like I am stuck on a legacy subscription with no way of updating it myself - community topic and contacting billing support did not work - the cases are "solved" with no help. Anyone can help me with a way to fix it, please?

Seems like the transformations are finally going through! - Although, I did not get any new replies from CF team anywhere..

I wanted to check the dashboard but now I see another problem: the image transformations page for a zone is empty.

What i tried to do:

• Go to Media -> Images -> Transformations
• Click on Zone name
  -> I see "Loading configuration for" message with a circling progress indicator and get redirected to an empty page. It was loading fine two days ago for sure, but now I see a sidebar and an empty page on the right
