I am trying to purchase a web domain via the registrar but can’t do so until I verify my email. I haven’t received any verification email after sending a request a few times

Did you check spam/ensure your email specified is correct?

Yes I did

My coworker had tried as well using their email and did not receive anything

who's "their email"? Are you suggesting the registrar isn't sending or ESP isn't delivering it? The more specific you can be, the more people can help 🙂

For now let’s focus on just my email. I don’t want to share it here because I think these tickets are publicly viewable. Basically, I had created a CloudFlare account and realized a lot of features, such as the registrar, are not accessible because I need to verify my email first. That’s the problem. I haven’t received that verification email.

No, it's not. We're just a community. And we can't help or offer suggestions if we don't have the info to troubleshoot.

Glad you got it fixed. Cheers
