Hi all,
our app is down and there's nothing I can do.
We have $10 unpaid under billing, can't pay because The requested invoice was not found at this time. (a 404 to /pay-invoice), tried a support ticket, no activity. Can't even access that support ticket (got an email, click the link to add to the ticket, but can't login to support portal with my cloudflare credentials, forgot password doesn't send any email, etc.).
Any help?

If you're app is down probably try anotehr cdn or bypass cloudflare all together. They've completely wrecked the billing engine IMO, and support seems to be entirely absent
