Is it possible to proxy these kinds of traffic? I have the Business plan or is Enterprise required?
I want to hide the IP. If its not possible I was thinking to spin up a VPS to act as proxy for it and only allow that IP to connect

using a vps will definitely be cheaper, you can use zero trust for ssh (and ftp I think), as for mail I don't think that even enterprise has any solution for that you can use enterprise spectrum

You can definitely proxy mail on Enterprise with Spectrum.
