If you're Enterprise, when you make a tcp/udp/http/https app, it's just an option to enable:

If you're using non-ent spectrum it's not an option you can configure. If you look at the network call for spectrum/apps , argo is a property on each app
not sure what it would default to, and I don't have a non-polluted pro acct to test with. Could try and see what you get.
Argo Analytics are probably just going to be http requests
