you can update ns anytime, just not transfer the registrar of the domain

Can you share the domain name?

#

You have just adjusted some NS records within your current DNS provider.

ns01.trademarkarea.com.
ns02.trademarkarea.com.
ns03.trademarkarea.com.

is still the name servers in the parent registry for that domain.

#

This is NOT* changing DNS servers, but simply, as mentioned above:

You have just adjusted some NS records within your current DNS provider.

#

You need to get the name server delegation for the domain adjusted, which is a complete different task than (just) changing NS records within your current DNS provider.

#

now I just have to wait right or any other steps?

Assuming it's done correctly, - yes.

#

Also this will grant me shell access right

No.

If you require shell access to your hosting services, that will be something you will need to figure out with your hosting provider.

#

Cloudflare becomes your DNS provider, - taking care of the DNS resolution (e.g. mapping your domain to it's IP addresses) by changing name servers, - nothing more.

#

DNS provider isn't necessarily the same, as the domain registrar, hosting provider, or email provider.

#

The linux server, Plesk, shell stuff, ... is all something to do with your (web) hosting provider.
