So I'm VERY new to Cloudflare, and when i purchased posifurg.dev, i didn't add an html to the site because i didn't have a file for a placeholder. How do i add the html file now that I've already made the domain? Cause i cant find anything related to it on the dashboard or google, and trying to access the page wont work, cause Firefox cant find it.

Purchasing a domain is not sufficient. You need to have a hosting too where you can upload all files like html, css, js, etc. If you want to host only static files, I suggest you may use Cloudflare Pages.
