Like, some random site using Cloudflare leaked your personal data? Not sure what abuse section that'd be under but you could try the general category if nothing else. Depending on your local laws you may have more options there as well that would be worth looking into

"Cloudflare is not generally a website hosting provider, and we cannot remove material from the Internet that is hosted by others."

Sounds like Cloudflare isn't the host then, they should still forward the complaint to the actual host though, including your details if you checked that box
