I have 2 websites that do very little reads and writes per month but I'm paying ~5$ per month. What's the reason for such a terrible pricing? Where should I go complain?

those are the terms under which the services are offered for now for self serve, you could reach out to sales for an enterprise agreement with custom pricing.

and it doesnt round to the nearest million, it rounds UP to the next billable unit
