That's very strange since I have paid features on the account, I'll see if I can create it from the super administrator for this account.

could be permissioning, for webhooks there's another tab that becomes available
do you have a Pro or higher zone? Or what do you mean by "paid features"? I'm not 100% sure what qualifies, but I know a Pro or higher zone/website would

Yeah it looks like the issue must be that I don't have pro/business on the account, I only have a few random "paid things" like domains, image optimization, cloudflare one, etc
