Registrant E-Mail buggy

I transferred my domain over to CF but now the E-Mails don't work.
It's always displaying this:

Please query the WHOIS server of the owning registrar identified in this output for information on how to contact the Registrant, Admin, or Tech contact of the queried domain name. ```

Anybody know how to fix this?

Did you add the same MX and TXT (SPF) records that were at the old provider to the Cloudflare DNS settings?

I already configured the Cloudflare-DNS according to namecheap's instructions

cloudflare has WHOIS privacy enabled by default which will hide your email
