I am trying to move a domain I own from one cloudflare account to another, but when I try to add in the namespaces to the old registrar, it says I cannot have custom namespaces unless I have a Business tier account. Both of my accounts are currently on the Free plan. Is this expected behavior? Thank you!

When you say move a domain, is cloudflare your domain registrar or are you using another one?
Assuming you're using cloudflare for registration - you need to transfer the domain itself to the new account from the domain registration tab. you can't have it registered on 1 cf account and managed from another

ooh, i just realized you need to have the domain added via nameservers before it will let you transfer. i'm actually not sure if you can transfer a domain between accounts like this

it looks like you can't - you need to transfer it to a different registrar first
