If you don't have access to the old account then there is no way to keep the DNS record data intact for proxied records as we intentionally keep that information private to protect customer security and privacy.
You would need to add the domain to a new account, setup the DNS records as advised by the host provider or indeed yourself if you're self-hosting, and then switch the nameservers at the registrar to point to the new account once everything is ready
