I have copied your question in here to benefit future readers

Recently I've purchased a domain from Cloudflare on 17th Feb.

It charged exact(domain price) amount from my visa debit card.
But showing "Partially Paid" beside the invoice and also showing a notification/warning on the top "You have an unpaid invoice that is past due. You may not enable any new services until it is paid." !

What to do now?
