Does it work when disabling the proxy (grey cloud)? Or maybe your origin doesn't have a HTTPS Certificate but your SSL settings are full or higher.
How can I fix it?

It looks like an SSL issue. The easy (slightly insecure) fix is to go to your domain > SSL/TLS > Overview and then use flexible. The (generally) recommended way is to go to domain > SSL/TLS > Origin Server > Origin Certificates > Create Certificate and then use that ssl certificate.
