Confused what this has to do with Cloudflare? Are you seeing a Cloudflare block page?

i got added as an admin to work on the site for wordpress so i dont have cloudflare credentials should get those first right?

You can check the network logs to see if you see a 401 error from Cloudflare when attempting to login but cloudflare creds make it easier

Yeah that's not Cloudflare's fault. Seems like the web server is serving the php as a file rather than running it via code. If wordpress is saying otherwise then you can pause Cloudflare when you get the creds and show them its still not working
