Is there a way to export HTTP request logs for a property (and specifically a subdomain) for the last 90 days?
Its unclear whether this sort of thing is available on any plan level or retroactively available should we upgrade
We're looking to get HTTP logs going back to Oct 3

Closing this – there is no way to get retroactive logs even if you upgrade.
