I wonder if the API issue is still causing problems with creating new tunnels. i'm able to create a new tunnel and cloudflared tunnel run... to start the tunnel with a public host. The DNS entry is setup a proxy to the tunnel, however DNS isn't resolving to 172.67.149.209, 104.21.11.177 like my other tunnels.

DNS Updates are currently down/not deploying
Tunnel side is fine most likely, just missing the DNS side
They were fine for a while, but as of the last 2 hours they've stopped, so hopefully fixed again 
Can follow https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/hm7491k53ppg for updates, specifically looking for updates with
- DNS Updates: Degraded
showing as DNS Updates: Recovered or something
