Hi,
I am unable to resolve the DNS for my loadbalancer. I can add other CNAMEs to my DNS and they instantly become resolvable, but despite having a healthy LB with monitors showing the origin pools being healthy, the actual loadbalancer DNS does not resolve. Any ideas?

Pinging a bot doesn't do anything, but as for your issue: Any existing created records/lbs should continue to be working fine. Did you create the LB after the incident start?

Offline just = Major Outage, it's the control plane of LB that is broken, can't edit or create new
Hence why I asked when he made it, but any existing ones should be fine
