Hi guys, I'm trying to open for the first time a html page uploaded on Google Cloud Platform bucket and with the domain hosted on Claudflare but I can't.
Attached you have the picture of how I uploaded it to GCP and how the bucket is pointed to the domain. And finally, what I get when I try to open it on the browser.

That seems like an error with the configuration where the the project isn't being detected on the GCP side

Typically there is configuration needs on the bucket to allow requests from a domain. Also are you going to https://<your domain>/home-en1.html in your browser?

I was following https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/hosting-static-website#create-bucket but haven't touched GCP in a while. If you share what you did then I can try to recreate it at some point

So, first i deleted all the projects I had
Created a new project 'My project 54744'
It says to enable the Compute engine API and so I did but without creating credentials as it asks
It says to have certain Identity and access management roles: 'storage object admin' and 'cloud domains' and so I did.
Now i create a bucket. Here the first thing i don't understand. Why it doesn't allow me to name the bucket like my domain ?
finally i called it 'home.andyenriquez.com'.
I set the other things like where to store data: Region, europe-west
Choose storage class: Standard
Deselected 'Enforce public access prevention on this bucket'. This because i want it public
Access control: uniform (default)
Protection tool: None (default)
Upload a file named 'home-en.html'
I selected the permission as it says: allUsers and Cloud Storage/Storage Object Viewer
I assigned specialty pages, both of them called 'home-en.html'.
Set the load balancer as it says
This time I ponted the bucket on Cloudflare in a different way

So tried it with the CNAME and it works. I did go through the domain verification process for my bucket which seems like you might need to do

I have my CNAME set to storage.googleapis.com. Try replacing with that

So, just to be sure, I changed the page name from "home-en.html" to index.html
edited the website config
and did something similar to yours.
ps. I don't understand the second line with TXT , community.cyberjake.xyz, google-site-verification...etc

but why if i change the DNS name to "www" and tapping www.andyenriquez.com doesn't go either?
btw i did domain verification last week. worked fine
