I have workers setup with cf cache. There's no problem with accessing from Asia or Europe, but gets 403 when accessing from US. Where should I check?

User reported me of error so I tested with vpn and got ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED in Chrome. Network tab shows no response.

that is user problem. not your workers/cloudflare.
