We have existing domain on IONOS which we are currently pointing to WPEngine (A records only). Would like to switch to using CloudFlare as DNS host for the domain, but we don't want to move or interfer with our IONOS-hosted email.
How can we do this?

For incoming email, you should have an MX record that points to your mail server. If you already have email working, this MX record should already exist in your DNS. When you set up on Cloudflare you should add exactly the same MX record (which Cloudflare's setup might pick up automatically).
