I want to find out a few things regarding this product. Is it compatible with OBS? What is the latency? Our bandwidth is between 500GB and 1000GB per month, what would the cost be? Do you pay extra on viewers as well?

That depends on which way you're using, but I've seen anything from basically realtime to a bit over a minutes.
Our bandwidth is between 500GB and 1000GB per month
Stream charges per minute stored and minute delivered, so that depends on the amount of time in video you're delivering.
Do you pay extra on viewers as well?
You pay for minutes delivered, so number of viewers * average time each viewer views
