No. Global only covers NA, SA, and EU

SEA is under another publisher

APJ covers global. HaoPlay is the official SEA publisher. They are on a separate server.

But when I download the game from the AU App Store, it points me to everything here, which is why I was asking. I guess I’ll just have to wait till it all opens in 8 hours to see what’s going to happen

Yeah global is the only English version. That’s probably why you found this server.

You need vpn to connect to global. I’m guessing you’re using it

It works without one but it says the servers will open in just under 8 hours, so I’ll just wait and see what happens. I’ll probably end up having to play on the NA servers if there are none closer to Aus, thanks though

that means you're region blocked

if u have a vpn/uubooster pointing to a different region, then turn that off

Are characters account based or region/server based, as in if a SEA server comes out and i want to use my character from NA is that possible?

it's unlikely since they're different publishers - they rarely share account data to that extent (unless a large-scale migration happens due to EOS, but let's not go there)

besides, SEA should have its own time-gate from launch, so your character wouldn't be able to fit into where their server is at for quite a while

could always treat this server as a beta test so you'd know what to do once SEA releases, personally I'm just playing on global casually, planning to wait and see whether the community / my guild will be moving over
