#Life skill early Progression Help for gear slots / Gems

I put a little Guide for our guild but i wanted to share here as well.
Its a little guide on how to get started with Life Skill progression to support your character development via the Gear slot refinement and gem crafting to socket some gems.
The follow up steps I can explain as well if needed but due to the Server Run time restriction currently in the game i am unsure how useful that might be.

In general i would sugest getting the slots on LV5 and then continue with gems. ( unless u hit a threshold wher u cant proceed with slot due to no target farmable mats ofc)

Life Skil Priority:
Mining
smelting
Gemology
gem crafting
Artisan

PSA:
IN CASE that u have 0 Starforge Crystals skip to the Early gem progression.

Before anything:
1.Do the side Quests for those 5 jobs.
1.1The nessecary materials can be bought for about 20k Luno each ( should be doable )

Early gear Guide:

  1. Unlock Level 1 of Baru Mining and farm Baru stone until you unlock another Mastery Coin ( 300 Stamina )

  2. Unlock Atze Ore Mining talent & Farm the same amount of these. ( you should end up with 1 additional Mastery Coin for)

3.Unlock 1 level in artisan for Burning powder we will come back to here later when we are nearly done for Gem wax. ( WE DO NOT NEED BOTANY FOR THIS )
4.1 Buy some 10 charcole and create about 150 Powder that should be plenty enough

  1. If you do not have another 2 Mastery coins just Go back Mining until you can unlock Stone Producint & Metal producing
    5.1 you don't need to unlock Stone Forging yet as this will only be needed for Accesory slot increase which we wont priorate.

  2. Go back to the Smeltery and craft the upgrade material you need for your gear slots.

Total Stamina Neededd with no Extra Mastery Coins: 1400 Stamina + 20 Stamina used per Final Material

Early Gem ( Adivsed to do after gear upgrades as the higher skill tiers are locked behind days of server runtime at least atm):

  1. Unlock the Gemology Talent Depending on what your secondary Stat for your Class / Subclass is:
    Ruby - Crit
    Sapphire - Haste
    Emerald - Mastery
    Diamond - Luck

  2. Gather gems until you have 2 More Life Skill Mastery

  3. Unlock Gem Wax Crafting in the Artisan tree

  4. Buy 20 Resin from the Botany Exchange shop

  5. Craft about 150 Gem Wax (10x Wax Crafting)

  6. Unlock Gem Processing in Gem Crafting and Craft your gems

Stamina without Extra Coins: 800 Stamina + 20 Stamina per crafted Gem

TOTAL Stamina:
~ 2600

For 4.1, you can save some Luno if you craft charcoal instead of buying it. The wood needed to craft it is cheaper.

And of course overall, you can save a lot by farming the mats instead of buying.

Or you can buy it in homestead store with that curency instead.

Ofc U can farm them but to get a headstart it's fine to buy them, so far you get a lot esp BC U can buy LUNO with reclaim coins U get from spending stamina

guys i have been sick for a week i will make an update soon as a prilimnary solution:

IF you cant proceed with gear slot upgrade proceed with gem crafting

if you also maxed that bc of server run tim elimitation:

go into botany and cooking ( and needed other life skills) to create potions.

These potions are really really great value on the market as well as crazy gud for dungeons and dmg amps.

IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN POWER CREEP:

go into the other life skills like artisan for new crafting recepies for your housing. or cloths for fashion >.<

Give me like 1- 1.5 week days i will try to catch up and write a deeper guide that also spanns past the server run time so u have one for "late game" as well as BIS progression for either gear, potion, housing or fashion.

please be patient with me but i wont let yall down `(>﹏<)′ ( i at least wil try )

If you dont know how to focus go to a recepie u want to unlock and check its requirements and work your way backwards that way, when im done making teh second guide i will include these tips as well ❤️

Also if you want to min max, I would recommend getting an alt account to focus on botany and cooking. It saves life skill energy for your main to prioritize on equipment mats
