Sorry if this isnt the best place to ask but support isnt any help-
When I try to log in to the launcher with gmail (what i bound my aplus to) it says that ive done it, but when I check on the game nothing changes. Anyone know why that is? :( My account isnt activated but im not even getting the error saying that, and I have to use a VPN to get it to allow me to open the account in my browser..

So when I open the launcher and hit the google symbol to log in, this is what i see. However when I change my location with a vpn and try again (second screenshot) it says "login successful". When I swap back over to the game after getting the login successful message, nothing is different and it's still asking me to log in.
hopefully these are enough, but yeah other than the rejection i'm not even getting error messages or anything. My internet is good, firefox has permission and i tried again on edge and google's browsers with the exact same results.

Hey so i put my code in last night, got my acocunt verified, but couldnt login. Tried logging in today and the game still says to wait for verification. Can someone help me out? I know it says to wait 12 hours, and its been a little over 12 hours by now.

Now it’s already August 26th – four days later – and my account is still not activated. The client always shows: "Account not activated. Verify via official site. If locked out after 12h, please contact Support."
I contacted support via AIHelp and email, but only got automatic replies.
It’s frustrating to wait several days without access after doing everything correctly. Please escalate this issue urgently.

I already contacted support but only got automatic replies.
Please, I need a real solution – not the same FAQ answer again.

resolved the issue after contacting support 5 times, i entered a screenshot of the full method of you receiving the beta code (discord for me) include the code itself in the ticket as well as the log in username hopefully this helps someone
My friend has contacted support chat after more than 12 hours, and they haven't received any response. They included every screenshot with all information including GLEAMio, code, and account info as well. Is there any other method of getting contact?

and if im the first batch of players for that aug 30th giveaway i shouldve had access long ago yet no one reaches out or replies to assists even now
