How to get the Breezy and Lovely Boarlet Mounts!

Quick update, the In-Game UI was incorrect, and thus so was I - The Breezy Pig DOESNT spawn at the same time, it spawns 2 hours after. It's currently up, and if it follows the same pattern then it's 2 hours AFTER the Lovely one spawns
