Open steam-Games-add non steam game to library -select starlauncher - add selected program
Now go into your library right click the game icon-manage-controller layout.
When you are in choose edit layout, remap game actions as you wish.

put it 65-70, usually is 100. Beware the cursor/pointer will slow down significantly
