Those yang spammers are very sophisticated, can detect when a GM gets near and can always create another account if they get banned. There's really no fix I can think off that won't create other problems but it's present since 2011

Today i got banned on my acc for using external programs but I didn’t use any. In same time my sec. account which I was using only on shop and I never left puyngmoo with this character. I wrote ticket but got the same answer which I got on my mail when ban arrived. Then I wrote complain about 1000words and I would like to know if that can help me get my account back or nah? I am playing legit and this message really surprised me and I am bit upset because I spend some money on server and I really enjoyed playing on tigerghost. So can you give me any advice what I have to do to get unbanned ? And how I avoid this bullshit happend again to me ? Could it be any kind of computer virus ?

i'm really sorry to hear that.. the alghorithm seems to ban accounts on accident often.. so thats why I dont want to spend much effort on that game due to the possibility to get banned for external use of third party shit even if you dont even own some or use em lul 🙄
