@stone citrus Im in the CM level right now, but the information I gather from others communitys reveal that not every team is doing the same in my case, and when asked to speak with another person instead of the CM from my contry just closes the ticket without further justification.
I'm not complaning, honestly if the situatin ain't solved I'm just another one living the game, but at least I wanna feel like the situation got resolve with no "suspicious" level and in a fair principle.

@stone citrus there's no away to contact directly with someone in the GameForge team? I mean without the CM of my country..
As I said he keeps closing the ticket just because I appeal for the situation being escalated to another one.
As a costumer that spends money here it feels bad when you know that situation are treated in a diferent way in another community, it shouldn't be like this, in your terms in condition says that GF is doing everything to protect players in every situation the same way, and knowing that is not happening its a big frustration.

As I said I'm not here to criticize anyone public, if I wanted that I had already did. Right now discord is the only tool I have to speak with other metin2 community teams, since my CM doesn't want to move the situation up.

As I said I want this solver fairly, or at least feel that, we (old players) hear so many suspicious stuff coming from some teams that sometimes the logic they use to solve the situation are always different depending on the player "name".

We all know GameForge makes up these rules and are changing them to convenience and to fit their agenda , and by ignoring their players they think we'll all go away , ignoring a problem doesn't make it go away , it amplifies it. And i'm sure well aware that you know there are so many issues in this company as a whole , and they are trying to make us forget about it. There are thousands of players banned unfairly by the CB and what does GameForge do ? Simply ignores it so we as players will forget about it and give up on it. Also whoever responds to these tickets can decide if the player's issue will be solved or not , even tho the player asked for escalation , the tickets will be closed and ignored if the "person in charge" decides to.

@stone citrus besides my situation I'm going to give my opinion, I've been playing this game since 2007, with some pauses in the midle, but in my point of view the CM's and GA's should be changed more often, sometimes being in a position to much time can lead to suspicious ways to deal with certains cases, and comparing with something from the "outside" like you did some country have this insues when having the same leader year and years..

But as always doesn't matter what we say, and we know that, even when GF or any member of Community Manager says otherwise.
No CM wants is ticket reviewed for other person of the team, this can result in your work being called into question.

Whatever I knew that speaking about this here would lead to this escalation for other users, I didn't wanted that, that's why I asked for a PM conversation.

We even don't know at what to expect. Al least, @hexed barn should tell us. You will get unban or not. It is a hard time for all of us and we are here because we know that we are innocents. In this time hackers make yang and if someone want to play in map1, 2, desert, or is a beginner, this don't have any chance to farm. We want answers and this problems to be solved as soon is possible. They don't realize that they lost a lot of fair players and game remain only with hackers and promoters? Without us(players who play and buy DC) that promoters would be nothing and so Metin2. Because players who are still playing(and are fair players) are insecure because what happened on 27 of March can be again and again.

What bothers me is that gameforge hurried up to say their software is 100% working and calling of us hackers when they wouldnt have even had time to recheck the code or the accounts.I am a player with over 3 years of gametime (active time) on my main account,the account i have that has been blocked has no other sanctions given in 10 years,and your product manager instead of doubting the software blamed me instead

It's obvious that Gameforge will accuse their customers first instead of themselfs , it's easier for them to deal when it's not their mistake . Also affirming when something is 100% working and it has no flaws means it's customer's fault and they can get away with it faster. Also this happened first time when random players got hit by CB , they accused their players first then they solved it.

This is not the same thing as banned newly or fresh made accounts that are 1 month old or so.My account is from 2009,i have years OF ACTIVE GAMETIME,even if i was afk at times,I Deserve at least the belief of doubt and for my account to be rechecked,I havent had any other sanctions besides the other 2 times gameforge team blocked my accounts because of CB which then they said it was a mistake of theirs and then removed it.How is it possible that you block such an old account of a loyal player without further investigation or any explaining besides a polish email we all received and a copy-pasted ticket response that says what we received in the e-mails.

I think they make enough money to hire new programmers which would focus only on making client multi-core. Same problem was in World of Tanks game, it took them like 4 years to make it more multi-core but they finally did it and it made game 100% more optimized.

Alright, im feel really bad about writing this on your discord but in my opinion this is something that is very important to be solved. So today as we know, there was an auction on the item shop. Some of us wanted to take Aura Cloth. Most of my friends just waste some money to have a chance to take that item, and its amazing how you have the system no working well. So they waste their money and they Item Shop went off when the aura cloth was on the auction. So pls, someone tell why do you make auctions were people need to waste a lot of money o dragon coins and then they are not even able to try to take the item. This is fraud, this is not legal, its about OUR money, its our money that make your entreprise run everyday, its OUR money that pays your employers and everything, so pls you should solve the problems first and then you should make this kind of events. Its really sad that a lot of people wasted their money for something and now they have the dragon coins there for nothing. And you guys dont even give the money back. So sorry but this is discusting, this is really sad, it was thousands of € that were wasated for people that wanted something from you and you didnt even care about that. Hope that you look inside the problems and start solving it, ITS DISGUSTING WHEN WE WASTE MONEY AND SINCE YOU HAVE A LOT OF BUGS ON IS, WE WASTE THAT MONEY FOR NOTHING!
